The deadline is less than three weeks away…
The Trade & Forfaiting Review Deals of the Year Awards 2008 are the deal awards. Only the very best are recognised.
And you have less than three weeks to make your submissions.
Please send your entries to TFR editor Graeme Burton on gburton@ark-group.com stating your reasons for submitting the deal and highlighting any unique features.
As a guide, nominations should list the following:
- Type and size of facility
- Structure
- Purpose of loan
- Name of borrower, MLA(s) and other participants
- Legal adviser(s)
- Tenor and payment schedules
- Margin and fees
- Date of signing
- Background to the transaction
- What sets it apart
The more information you can provide, the better your chances.
The deadline to receive submissions is 15 December 2008. Winners will be decided by our judging panel and announced in the February 2009 issue of TFR.
